Spotify Data Proves These Are The 20 Most Popular Workout Tracks, Including Eminem and Travis Scott
It would be fair to say that, over the past year, our fitness routine has fluctuated massively with changing rules, regulations and lockdowns across the country. While we've learned to adapt our exercise and figure out what works for our goals, one primary source of motivation has remained unchanged amidst the chaos: our workout playlists.
Each playlist, of course, is different. While some find respite in powerlifting to slow jams, others enjoy curling into a cobra pose with death metal blaring (yep, seriously) and, as Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's own Spotify playlist proves, there's something for every workout.
But, which tracks are the most popular and if statistics are to be believed, thereby most likely to supercharge your next workout? By analysing 142,000 songs tagged into 'workout' and 'gym' playlists by Spotify users, PureGym research found the 20 most popular workout tracks, headlined by Eminem's seminal 2002 hit 'Till I Collpase'. Mathers' iconic hit 'Lose Yourself' also made the list. Check out the full list below — which are making it onto your playlist?
