Yahoo Finance Don't Mind Us... We're Just Obsessing Over Starbucks New Christmas Drinks For 2022
*Drumroll please…* The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived – Starbucks’ Christmas menu is here! Move over PSL (although, we love you infinitely), we’re officially ready for the festive flavours of Christmas. So, let’s get straight to it, shall we?
This Christmas, Starbucks has not only welcomed a brand-new chilled edition in a fan-favourite flavour, Toffee Nut Cream Cold Brew, but the coffee chain has also launched a brand-new Praline Cookie Hot Chocolate, too! If two great-tasting drinks wasn't enough, there's even a new range of food – think Pigs Under Blanket Rolls, Toffee Nut Muffins, Mini Loaf Cakes and more.
Starbucks' Toffee Nut Cold Brew comes deliciously rich after being steeped for 20 hours to create a smooth and mellow flavour. With that, it's blended with the brand's signature vanilla syrup, and is finished with a toffee cream foam and buttery sprinkles.
While, Starbucks' Praline Cookie Hot Chocolate is just as delicious. Featuring a smooth mocha sauce blended with velvety steamed milk, complete with a buttery baked cookie flavour and notes of creamy caramelised hazelnut, almond *and* walnut for the toastiest of finishes, this thing even comes topped with a rich chocolatey whipped cream and a dusting of cookie crumb sprinkles. Extravagant, or what?
Not stopping there, Starbucks is also welcoming back four festive favourites including Toffee Nut, Gingerbread, Eggnog and (last year's instalment), Caramel Waffle Lattes. A personal favourite here on the Delish team, Starbs' Caramel Waffle Latte is blended with signature espresso, steamed milk, warming winter waffle sauce and a stroopwafel flavoured caramel waffle crunch as well as caramel whipped cream topping. It's fair to say we're not short of choice this winter!
Food-wise, there's everything from Pigs Under Blanket Rolls to Brie and Cran-merry Focaccias and ‘Tis the Season Turkey Sandwiches. Plus, Toffee Nut Muffins and Toffee Nut Mini Loaf Cakes.
But we have to admit, it's Starbucks' Pigs Under Blanket Roll we're most excited to give a go. Made with a Vienna roll, and layered with sausages, maple cured bacon, sage and onion mayonnaise stuffing, mature cheddar and a smooth cranberry chutney, this sounds like it would make one outrageous lunchtime treat.
On top of all of this, Starbucks has, of course, released its range of merchandise especially designed for Christmas. Dreams!
