Starbucks has launched a range of Halloween-themed treats for the spooky season, including a new Frappuccino complete with an edible finger.

The zombie-inspired Cherry and Scream Frauppuccino is a cherry and vanilla flavoured iced drink, which is blended and topped with whipped cream. Rather than the regular creamy topping you might expect however, this whipped cream is blood red and features an edible green finger poking out of the top. Quite the spooky surprise!

The new beverage launched this week (19 October) and is available for a limited time as part of the brand’s Halloween range. Prices start at £4.05, depending on the size.

Also part of the special collection is the “Chilling Cherry Cupcake,” which features an edible eyeball decoration made of white chocolate. The vanilla cupcake is filled with sour cherry and topped with whipped white chocolate icing and cherry drizzle plus, of course, the eyeball – yum! You can pick one up from £2.09.

If these spooky options are a little too realistic for you, you can also get your hands on a hand-iced gingerbread skeleton biscuit (from £1.99), which is on-theme but a little less terrifying!

The Cherry and Scream Frappuccino and rest of the Starbucks range is available in stores nationwide and for delivery on the Starbucks Delivers app or on Deliveroo.

As well as its Halloween range, the brand recently revived the iconic Pumpkin Spiced Latte collection which returns once more to mark the arrival of autumn.
