Stocks paring early gains, trade tensions mount

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) got off to a strong start but heightened trade tensions are taking their toll at midday. The energy (XLE) sector is most in the green, and the technology (XLK) sector is most in the red. Alan Valdes of Silverbear Capital joins us live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange to talk markets.
