STOCKS NEWS EUROPE-Nyrstar falls as M. Stanley says debt to rise

Shares in Nyrstar (Other OTC: NYRSY - news) fall 3.3 percent to the bottom of Belgium's mid-cap Bel Mid index, with traders highlighting a negative report by Morgan Stanley (Berlin: DWD.BE - news) .

The investment bank, which repeats its "underweight" recommendation, says that, in spite on the group's cost cutting efforts, the company's fortunes will not improve unless the zinc price recovers.

"Financial leverage will continue to rise, bar a solid zinc price recovery," analysts at Morgan Stanley write in a note to clients.
