Stocks under pressure on fear Trump's tariffs could cause a trade war

Winners

Stocks in the green include Gap. The retailer topped analyst expectations on earnings and revenue in the fourth quarter, driven by strong sales at its Old Navy brand. Bloomin’ Brands is getting a boost after Deutsche Bank upgraded the stock to a buy. And Equifax is moving higher after posting better than expected earnings and revenue for the fourth quarter.

Losers

Stocks in the red include Walmart following a downgrade by Oppenheimer on concern about the retailer’s e-commerce slowdown. JCPenney shares are sliding after revenue and same-store sales fell short of estimates for the holiday quarter. And McDonald’s is under pressure after RBC cut its sales estimates.
