Stocks rallying, set to cap second week of gains in 2018

Stocks(^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are up on a heavy news day, with the consumer discretionary (XLY) and industrial (XLI) sectors leading the way, and the real estate ( XLRE) sector the most in the red.
