Markets stabilize, Facebook heads lower as FTC to investigate

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are stabilizing after yesterday’s selloff, but Facebook is still dragging the tech sector down. The energy (XLE) sector is most in the green, and the utilities (XLU) sector is most in the red.
