New 12 year 0.00%, 20 year 0.49% and 25 year 1.49% Loans Further Reduce Monthly Payments for Homeowners Nationwide

The company's new offerings include rates as low as 0.00% for a 12-year loan, 0.49% for a 20-year loan and 1.49% for a 25-year loan.
