Sunrise wins award for best customer service once again

  • Sunrise wins connect magazine’s landline hotline test 2022.

  • Sunrise sets multiple new standards in Switzerland and the DACH region:

    • Best customer service for landline and broadband (connect issue 10/2022)

    • Best customer service for mobile (connect issue 5/2022)

    • The only provider to win tests in both areas (mobile and landline/broadband) with the highest scores across the three countries.

  • According to connect magazine, «rapid analysis of problems coupled with a high level of expertise and knowledgeable answers» make the Sunrise customer service stand out strongly from its competitors.

More than 165 testers called the landline and broadband providers’ customer-service teams over several weeks. Each provider was called 50 times. The Sunrise customer-service team was declared the winner by the testers, among other reasons because: «The testers were listened to carefully and attempts were made to find individualized solutions»; and «They also highlighted the voice-recognition software, which responds quickly and forwards calls reliably to the right place.» All the details are available in the connect Landline/Broadband Hotline Test 2022.
