Super awkward 'Bachelor in Paradise' moment sends Twitter into a confused frenzy

On Bachelor in Paradise Monday, Katie Morton had a nervous breakdown after fellow contestant Wills Reid poured his heart out to her, which became a super awkward moment that no one was expecting.

Wills pulled Katie to the side to tell her that he was interested in her: "I feel like you're just such an amazingly beautiful woman but not just physically. Like, just the way you behave, like, I will not lie to you. I have been kinda Katie-watching a little bit and you're just bouncing around and you're just, like, unapologetically yourself and that's just, like, so refreshing and I love every second of it. And I feel like you deserve the world and you deserve someone taking you on a date every single night you're here." Meanwhile, Katie's expression totally dropped before she interrupted Wills to stop him from continuing.

Katie told Wills that all the things he was saying to her is exactly what she wants, but that she needs to "pick one at a time." Katie was actually fairly comprehensible when she first started her response to Wills, but then she completely lost it.

Prior to Katie's meltdown, she seemed super chill. In fact, Wills even told Katie that one of the reasons he liked her was the way she carries herself. So, it was a little confusing to everyone, including Wills, when she seemingly lost it out of nowhere and could barely get out any coherent words.

Katie was crying so hard, she could barely breathe. Over on Twitter, Bachelor Nation went into a bewildered frenzy about what the heck was going on.

While it was a super uncomfortable and puzzling moment, Katie eventually got her point across to Wills.

"I don't know. It's really, really, like, not my jam. Like, I don't know. I know I sound crazy right now. It's not gonna be between us right now.” In case you’re still confused, she basically told Wills — sorry, bro, but I’m just not that into you.

Bachelor in Paradise airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
