The billionaire Hinduja brothers have risen back to the number one spot, according to the Sunday Times Rich List.
Sri and Gopi Hinduja, who have made their fortune through stakes in a wide range of industries like property, oil and gas, IT, media, energy, banking and even healthcare, saw their wealth increase to £22bn ($28.5bn).
Every year, the Sunday Times calculates who are the richest people in Britain and release dozens of lists, according to identifiable wealth including land, property, other assets such as art, and shares in companies. The calculations do not include the amount contained in people's bank accounts.
In second place are another set of billionaire brothers — David and Simon Reuben. The two have a fortune of £18.664bn after investing in property, scrap metal, and carpets.

Last year, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the chemicals billionaire, was number one. However, this year he has slipped to third place with a net worth of £18.664bn. That’s due to the slump in profits from his chemicals company Ineos, which he founded in 1998.
In fourth place is Len Blavatnik, who prefers to be known as Sir Leonard Blatvatnik. He has made his fortune through the music industry with his Warner Music Group.
The strong performance from the label’s artists, such as Ed Sheeran, boosted profits of $442m on $4bn sales in 2017-18, which resulted in $925m in dividends to Blavatnik.
