London is home to the 10 most expensive streets in the UK, with Kensington Palace Gardens leading the way for the 12th consecutive year.

Often cited as one of the “most exclusive addresses” in London, properties in Kensington Palace Gardens cost close to £36m ($46.5m), according to property portal Zoopla.

The tree-lined avenue is dotted with embassies, diplomatic residences, and the homes of ultra high net-worth individuals, such as steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal and Chelsea F.C. owner Roman Abramovich.

Coming in second for the second year running is Courtenay Avenue in Highgate, where properties cost £18.6m on average.
