1. Cheesy elote dip

This cheesy elote dip includes everything amazing about elotes in one dip. The recipe features sautéed jalapeños, yellow onions and Caribe peppers combined with minced garlic, green onions, chili powder, salt and pepper. After adding flour, heavy cream and cotija cheese while cooking, combine the ingredients with roasted corn, sour cream and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. The dip is topped with more cotija and Monterey Jack cheese before it’s baked at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes. Once out of the oven, garnish the elote dip with green onions, cilantro and a sprinkling of chili powder.

2. French onion dip

You can’t go wrong with a classic French onion dip. First, add chopped yellow onions to an oiled saucepan over low heat, and stir continuously until they caramelize. Next, add a splash of white wine or water to deglaze the pan once the onions are almost done. Then scrape off the brown onion bits. Next, add sour cream to a mixing bowl, followed by mayonnaise, the caramelized onions, parsley and chives. Season with salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Thoroughly mix the ingredients in the bowl. Then serve with potato chips.

3. Feta cheese dip

Feta cheese does what it does best in this feta dip recipe. Begin by adding crumbled feta cheese, diced cucumbers, diced red onions and diced tomatoes to a mixing bowl. Next, season with garlic powder, salt and red pepper flakes. Then add lemon juice and a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil. Finally, thoroughly stir the ingredients and enjoy with tortilla chips.

4. Seven-layer Greek dip

This seven-layer Greek dip features a cornucopia of textures and flavors. First, add cream cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill and parsley to a mixing bowl. Next, season with lemon pepper, oregano, salt and pepper. Then thoroughly combine the ingredients before adding sour cream. Spread the mixture on a thin platter. Then add a layer of hummus, followed by chopped cucumbers, sliced cherry tomatoes, diced olives and diced red onion. Finally, top it off with a sprinkle of feta cheese, and serve with toasted pita chips.

5. Baba ganoush dip

Baba ganoush is a Middle Eastern dip that pairs well with all kinds of food. Start by poking holes all over an eggplant. Then grill to a burnt char. Next, remove the meat inside the eggplant, and throw it in a blender with tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Blend on high. Pour the baba ganoush into a serving bowl, and top it off with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon zest and parsley. Serve with grilled meat, veggies and toasted pita bread.
