TikToker uncovers ‘scary’ image hidden on Google Earth: ‘What is this?’

A TikTok user is posting interesting finds from Google Earth that range from the spooky to the fascinating.

The account has over 1.4 million followers thanks to its curated selection of strange images from around the world. Each video is pretty simple, the user pans into their screen and slowly zooms into something unusual they’ve noticed about a random Google Earth location.

Like in one video the account simply asked, “What is this?”

The user panned in close to a series of tracks left in the snow. The tracks led to an indiscernible structure located on the mountaintop. If you’re into conspiracy theories, you might say it looks like a secret facility.

The creepy mystery racked up a whopping 7.6 million TikTok views. People chimed in with their guesses.

“It’s the Polar Express,” one user commented.

“It’s an arctic lab vehicle,” another suggested.

In a more lighthearted clip, the account found “proof that giants existed.” The user then zoomed in to a person standing near some rocks on an island next to what looks like a massive footprint in the mud.

“Ok this is scary!” the account captioned the clip.

“The Big Friendly Giant went missing,” someone joked.

“Titans,” a user wrote.

The account scored another hit when it synced funny audio to an unexpected moment captured on Google Street View. Somehow Google managed to document the exact instance a man stumbled and fell on his back.

The unfortunate fall did however garner over 6 million views.

“This sound was made for this video,” a person said.

“The photographer said the show must go on,” someone commented.
