The original screenplay is written by Jonathan Keasey, Brant Boivin, and Annie Weisman. The project marks a reunion for Byrne, Weisman and Laing, who recently worked together on Apple TV’s Physical.

Executive producers include Jonathan Keasey, Jonathan Tropper (Irreplaceable You), Ogle, Josh Ricks, and Danny Gusman, Nat McCormick and Giovanna Trischitta of The Exchange. Casting is by Sherry Thomas at Bialy/Thomas.

“Amanda is a true champion and I’m thrilled to help bring her story of tenacity and perseverance to audiences, especially alongside my friends and collaborators Rose and Annie. Rose is the perfect artist to bring Amanda’s story to life”, said director Stephanie Laing.

“This project is very near and dear to my heart. There are superhero stories and then there are stories about real life heroes like Amanda,” added Brent Stiefel. “Amanda epitomizes the strength and perseverance that it takes to overcome insurmountable odds. We have an incredible team and I cannot wait for the world to see Amanda’s story unfold on the big screen”
