Prior to Transcarent, Ms. Davila served as General Counsel at Zocdoc, an on-demand healthcare marketplace for in-person or virtual care, where she was responsible for legal and compliance matters. Ms. Davila previously worked at JPMorgan Chase, where as part of her overall responsibilities, she served as General Counsel to Haven — the Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, and JPMorgan Chase healthcare venture. Ms. Davila also served as Assistant General Counsel in the Government Investigations & Regulatory Enforcement group managing large scale government investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and internal investigations.
