Tribune Media: 1Q Earnings Snapshot

CHICAGO (AP) _ Tribune Media Co. (TRCO) on Friday reported first-quarter earnings of $113.2 million.

On a per-share basis, the Chicago-based company said it had profit of $1.27. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 60 cents per share.

The operator of the WGN America network and local TV stations posted revenue of $455 million in the period.

Tribune Media shares have increased 2% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 24% in the last 12 months.
