Trinny Woodall's hugely popular beauty brand, Trinny London, has just added to its bestselling BFF range – and the new product sounds like the skin saviour we've been waiting for.

The new BFF Rebalance, which officially launched on Tuesday (21 September) is a skincare-makeup hybrid aimed at those of us with oily or congested skin who want reliable coverage while maintaining skin health. If that's you, then you'll definitely want to give this new addition a try.

The cult Trinny London BFF range includes the original and bestselling BFF SPF 30 tinted moisturiser, as well as the BFF De-Stress for stressed-out skin, and the targeted BFF Eye for dark circles. At its peak, one product from the range was selling every four seconds, and we bet the latest launch will fly off the shelves.

Like its BFF predecessors, BFF Rebalance marries skincare and makeup. It's described as a shine-reducing tinted serum with added soothing skincare ingredients, which delivers buildable, oil-controlling coverage without – and this is crucial – dimming your complexion's natural glow. Think buildable coverage with the benefits of a targeted serum and you get the idea.

Put simply, it sounds like the holy grail for those of us who want to cover up imperfections without making them worse. BFF Rebalance is non-comedogenic, meaning it shouldn't block pores, and has been specifically formulated to give soft, matte coverage while helping to control blemishes.

'When I suffered from badly congested skin, it was so difficult to find a product that gave me enough coverage, wasn’t too shiny, and would actually not make my skin worse by wearing it,' Trinny Woodall said in a release. 'From this, BFF Rebalance was born – a skincare-makeup hybrid that delivers just the right amount of coverage whilst helping to tackle congested skin.'

If you're wondering how exactly the new BFF Rebalance helps keep skin balanced and healthy, it's also down to the added skincare ingredients, including niacinamide, which helps to control blemishes and prevent future congestion by reducing excess oil and the appearance of pores.

The lightweight and breathable formula is available in 14 shades, catering for all skin tones.

We can't wait to give the product a go now that it has launched so watch this space for our verdict on the new Trinny London BFF Rebalance.
