TUI shareholders approve delisting from London Stock Exchange

LONDON (Reuters) - TUI shareholders on Tuesday approved the delisting of Europe's largest travel company from the London Stock Exchange.
The shareholder vote at the company's annual general meeting returned 98.35% in favour of delisting, with 1.65% against.
