How to turn a one-night stand into something more

Turning a fling into something more serious is never easy. Thankfully, love experts Jujubee and Thorgy Thor and here to help you figure out how to take that one-night stand to the next level.

On the second episode of this season of “Love Hotline,” a young man named Damon called in to seek advice on how to broach the subject of turning a casual one-time hook-up into something more frequent.

Jujubee’s advice for Damon was very direct. She told him that he should text the one-night stand and say, “Hey, want to do it again?”

Unfortunately, though, Damon’s already tried that. “Every time we do that it’s like, ghost silence,” he explained.

That’s when Jujubee and Thorgy advised the struggling soul not to take the ghosting personally, since it’s possible that the guy could just be a flaky person in general.

“Let’s have the idea of expectations, and let’s delete that,” Jujubee said. “Because when you take away the expectation, you’re not setting yourself up to be let down.”
