U.S. Justice Dept. to approve Charter's deal to buy Time Warner Cable -sources
WASHINGTON, April 25 (Reuters) - The Justice Department is poised to approve Charter Communications Inc (NasdaqGS: CHTR - news) 's proposed purchase of Time Warner Cable Inc (Xetra: T3W1.DE - news) and Bright House networks, sources said on Monday.
Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler is expected to circulate an order seeking approval of the deal from the five-member commission with conditions later on Monday, one of the sources said. (Reporting by Diane Bartz and David Shepardson; Editing by Matthew Lewis)
