UK Municipal Bonds Agency names leads for GBP Sonia linked FRN roadshow

LONDON, Feb 14 (IFR) - UK Municipal Bonds Agency Finance Company DAC, as unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Lancashire County Council, rated Aa3 (Negative) by Moody’s, has mandated HSBC as Global Coordinator and BofA Securities, Barclays and HSBC as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of investor meetings commencing Tuesday 18 February. A NetRoadshow presentation will be made available. A benchmark SONIA-linked floating rate, senior unsecured, RegS Bearer transaction with a tenor of 5 years is expected to follow, subject to market conditions.
