UK's Buzzard oilfield has new production issue -sources
Jan 10 (Reuters) - The North Sea's Buzzard oilfield has had a further production problem, two industry sources said on Friday, two days after an outage at the largest UK oilfield.
Details of the problem were not immediately available.
Buzzard is the largest of the fields that contribute to the Forties crude blend, the most important of the North Sea crudes underpinning the Brent crude benchmark.
The field had a production outage on Wednesday and on Thursday was resuming output, a spokeswoman for its operator Nexen (KSE: 005720.KS - news) said on Thursday. Nexen had no further comment to make on Friday. (Reporting by Alex Lawler, editing by David Evans)
