FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Uniper on Thursday said a complaint against a Russian court decision requiring the German utility to pay more than 14 billion euros ($15.3 billion) in a legal dispute with former supplier Gazprom was unsuccessful.

Uniper said the awarded title allows Gazprom Export to enforce Uniper assets within and possibly even outside Russia, adding possible foreclosure of assets was a risk.
