Uri Geller launches competition to win a brand new flat in Berkshire
Specialist property developer, Equinox Living, has joined forces with illusionist and TV personality, Uri Gellar, to launch a competition to win a brand new flat.
The office-to-residential developer is offering one lucky winner the opportunity to win a one-bedroom apartment in its newest development, Abbey House in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The competition at winaflat.net involves testing entrants on their knowledge of Bracknell's new £240m town centre. You will be asked three questions that you must answer correctly to be put into the draw.
You'll need to pay just £5 to enter to be in with a chance of winning the stylish £210,000 apartment. To improve your chances, you can enter as many times as you like as there is no limit for entries.
Contributing towards this competition, you'll also be helping a good cause as Equinox Living has arranged for 10 per cent of all proceeds to be given to LandAid, the property industry charity that helps improve the lives of disadvantaged young people struggling with economic or social circumstances.
The development is extremely close to Bracknell's Lexicon shopping and leisure centre, which houses 580,000 sq ft of new shopping, dining and leisure facilities.
'I wish everyone who enters good luck and can't wait to introduce the winner of the Equinox Living apartment,' Uri Geller said. 'It is exciting to be involved with this competition, which is the first of its kind for a new development. Come summer, one lucky winner will have a brand new flat to call their own.'
In the unlikely event that Equinox Living does not reach its target number of entries, then the net funds raised will be awarded to the winner as an alternative prize.
The competition will run until summer 2018, with Uri Geller revealing the random selection of the winner in a live video, which will be streamed on the winaflat.net website.
