VeriSign Earnings, Revenue Beat in Q2
Investing.com - VeriSign (NASDAQ:VRSN) reported second quarter earnings that beat analysts' expectations on Thursday and revenue that topped forecasts.
The firm reported earnings per share of $1.33 on revenue of $306.3M (NYSE:MMM). Analysts polled by Investing.com expected EPS of $1.29 on revenue of $304.96M. That compared to EPS of $1.18 on revenue of $302.45M in the same period a year earlier. The company had reported EPS of $1.31 on revenue of $306.41M in the previous quarter.
VeriSign shares gained 1.12% to trade at $218.26 in after-hours trade following the report.
