When TikToker @bad0793 invited the Easter Bunny over for her two daughters and a few other kids, she expected the children to get excited. Their reactions were anything but joyful.

“We thought we would surprise the kiddos with a visit from the Easter Bunny … IT WENT TERRIBLY WRONG,” she wrote in the caption. “Do not recommend.”

In the clip, the doorbell rang, and six small children rushed to answer it. When they opened the door, they were horrified to see the massive man-sized bunny. Three of the older girls screamed and ran away. One ran so fast that she tripped and fell. Another toddler girl hid behind the door, while a toddler boy quickly crawled away crying.

When it was time for pictures, each of the smaller children bawled and grimaced in the photos. It was not what any of the adults expected, but it was still a bit of fun. The hilarious video racked up 1.4 million views.

The mom added in the comment section, “We thought we were going to make them so happy! Almost all of them were fine within a few minutes and took pictures with the bunny!”

“The poor girl behind the door had no chance!” a user joked.

“I’m a mom and laughing hysterically. I know all the kids are fine. I felt bad for the Easter Bunny,” another wrote.

“Baby boy was so scared, he forgot how to walk,” someone added.
