Vitruvian Partners to sell 11 million shares in Darktrace

(Reuters) - London-based private-equity firm Vitruvian Partners LLP is looking to sell about 11 million ordinary shares in British cybersecurity firm Darktrace, a bookrunner said on Tuesday.

Vitruvian Partners, the fifth biggest shareholder in Darktrace, holds 4.56% stake in the London-listed company, according to Refinitiv Eikon.
