Watch: This Austrian athlete can bend her BODY into seemingly impossible positions.

This super-flexible athlete has become a record-breaking Instagram star by literally contorting and twisting her body into seemingly impossible positions. Stephanie Millinger, 28, has completely mastered her abilities as an extreme athlete after a decade of constant practice and intense training. Whether you class Stephaine as an acrobat, a contortionist or an extreme sports star this incredible set of clips shows off her insane superhuman flexibility. Stefanie can fold her body in half, easily fit herself into the overhead locker on a rain or plane as well as using her feet to pour a cup of tea for herself. She had been cited as US comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan's 'favourite person to follow on Instagram' and was a finalist on Germany's got Talent. Stefanie, from Salzburg, Austria, said: "I call myself a free solo artist and an extreme hand-balancer. "It's all about training every damn day. You can't afford to make mistakes. You always have to be 100% focused. "I get mixed reactions mostly. People either comment that the stuff that I do is stupid and I'm risking my life for clicks to people supporting me cause I do what I love. "I just want to show what I am able to do." Stephanie holds the Guinness World Record for the most consecutive L-sit straddle presses - moving from a mid-air splits position, balancing on her hands - to a handstand. She did 402 on 29 September 2020.
