One of the most iconic action films of all time has got a new home, with Die Hard now available to stream on Disney+.
The 1988 action classic stars Bruce Willis as New York City cop John McClane, who faces overwhelming odds when his estranged wife's office building is interrupted by terrorists.
Die Hard finally joins its sequels Die Hard 2, Die Hard with a Vengeance, Die Hard 4.0 and A Good Day to Die Hard which are also available to stream on Disney+.
You can now watch Die Hard on Disney+. If you're not already subscribed, you can sign up for £7.99 a month, or £79.90 for a full year, which saves you money in the long run.
There's no free trial available for Disney+, but you may be able to save some money if your mobile network provider is O2, which is offering six months of Disney+ free for upgrading and new customers as part of its Extras.
If you're with O2 but aren't looking to upgrade, you can still add Disney+ to your existing plan and it will give you £2 off your monthly bill as a bonus.
Die Hard has arrived on Disney+ just in time for the holidays, so whether it's the never-ending discourse of whether Die Hard is a Christmas movie like RoboCop 3, or you're just looking for an excuse to watch John McClane run barefoot through Nakatomi Plaza, there's no better time than now to watch.
Disney+ is the exclusive platform for all Marvel and Star Wars content, so it's not just the Die Hard films you're getting when you subscribe – by signing up you get instant access to a wide range of movies and TV shows, including the recently released Marvel's Hawkeye series, Ridley Scott's epic film The Last Duel, and holiday classics like Home Alone.
Die Hard, Die Hard 2, Die Hard with a Vengeance, Die Hard 4.0 and A Good Day to Die Hard are available to stream now on Disney+.
