Watch a UFC Champion Kick a Bodybuilder Hard in the Liver

Houston Jones is officially a glutton for punishment. The bodybuilder and YouTuber has subjected himself to some pretty painful experiences in previous videos, including getting kicked in the legs and punched in the stomach by kickboxer and UFC star Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson, as well as trying out an excruciating shin conditioning technique.

In his latest challenge video, Jones is going up against another fighter from the MMA world, UFC's former middleweight champion Luke Rockhold, who has something of a reputation for finishing his opponents with "devastating" kicks to the liver.

Confident in his own ability to withstand pain following his brutal encounters with other mixed martial artists, Jones volunteers to take one of Rockhold's liver kicks—and is immediately knocked to the ground.

"Oh god," he gasps. "I might shit myself. Seriously, I might shit myself... I'm a little bit lightheaded." He goes on to describe the sensation as "a sharp pain that makes you keel over and wonder why this happened, and what life decisions you chose to get to this moment... Needless to say, I don't recommend it."

A couple of days later, the redness and swelling in his side have gone down, but Jones is still feeling the agony in his liver. However, he remains undeterred to prove that he is unbreakable, scratching Rockhold off his "hit list" and revealing the other fighters he wants to take on, including Jon Jones and Nate Diaz. (Steve Buscemi and Betty White are also on the list, but Jones should probably work his way up to those.)
