Western Europe to see below normal temperatures for May-July -WSI
LONDON, April 20(Reuters) - Below normal temperatures are expected in Britain and western Europe from May to July but Scandinavia and eastern Europe will continue to have above normal temperatures, Weather Services International (WSI (Taiwan OTC: 5245.TWO - news) ) said on Monday.
WSI's forecasts are aimed at the commodities and energy sectors.
Parts of eastern and southeastern Europe have experienced a relatively cool April, WSI's chief meteorologist Todd Crawford said.
"As we head into summer, we continue to expect the pattern to reverse again with a generally cool and wet summer expected across parts of western/southern Europe," he said in a statement.
