Yahoo Finance WME Hires Ikenna Ezeh and Andrés Paz Micheo as Brand Partnership Agents (EXCLUSIVE)
WME has tapped Ikenna Ezeh and Andrés Paz Micheo as agents in the company’s brand partnership division.
In his new role, Ezeh will oversee brand partnerships and commercial opportunities for the agency’s hip hop and R&B clients. Paz Micheo will be tasked with expanding WME’s footprint across Latin America and developing further commercial opportunities globally for the agency’s Latino clients across all music genres.

At the same time, Jenna Praeger and Joshua Upfal have been promoted to agents in the brand partnerships division.
Prior to WME, Ezeh served as senior VP of entertainment at Authentic Brands Group, a private equity-backed brand development and licensing company. He also worked at Roc Nation as VP of brand and strategy for the entertainment company. Ezeh began his career at CAA, working in sports sponsorship and sports endorsements divisions.
Paz Micheo is joining WME from Adidas, where he most recently was the global director of digital strategy and growth. At Adidas, he’s also held positions as the head of public relations for North America and head of entertainment and influencer marketing for the German brand’s operation in Latin America. Paz Micheo previously led consumer marketing for Millicom International Cellular, a Swedish telecommunications company located in Kigali, Rwanda.
Headed by CEO Ari Emanuel, WME’s parent company Endeavor has recently been in the headlines for taking a second shot at filing for IPO. Nearly 18 months after the Beverly Hills-based talent agency withdrew its initial IPO bid, it is once again launching an initial public offering of stock. Endeavor is aiming to raise about $511 million with its IPO, an offering that will value the company at roughly $10 billion.
