Manny Gutierrez, a.k.a Manny MUA, is a beauty guru, founder of Lunar Beauty and a YouTuber with 4.87 million subscribers.

The social media superstar walked In The Know through his seven-step nightly skincare routine for glowing, texture-free skin. Here’s what Guiterrez uses to wakeup with flawless skin every morning.

Step 1: Cleanse

Gutierrez opted for Korres Foaming Cream Cleanser.

“I like cleansers that are not going to strip my skin,” he said. “As I’ve gotten older, I’m almost 30 now, you can’t tell. I’m really starting to fall in love with skincare more and more nowadays to make sure my skin is looking its best.”

Step 2: Tone

Gutierrez’s skin was feeling a little dry, so he used the Laneige Cream Skin toner.

“Toner is basically like a prep for your skin,” he said. “This is going to help be a natural catalyst for the next products.”

Step 3: Serum

He chose his near-finished bottle of the Murad Hydration Revitalixir Recovery Serum.

Gutierrez slathered on two pumps of the serum and gently pat it into his face.

Step 4: Eye cream

He lightly tapped his ring finger under his eyes to apply Youth To The People Dream Eye Cream.

“The reason why eye creams are different than face creams is that the molecules are made to be smaller to absorb into the under-eye area faster because it is thinner skin,” he explained.

Step 5: Second serum

To get supple, texture-free skin he used the Sunday Riley Lactic Acid Treatment.

“It literally visibly plumps in my fine lines,” Gutierrez said.

Step 6: Moisturize

Gutierrez chose the cult-favorite Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream.

“My favorite step is to moisturize. I like heavier cream at nighttime,” he said.

The Tatcha cream hydrates without clogging pores, making it worthwhile for its high price point.

Step 7: Mist

The beauty guru sprayed on the Laneige Cream Skin Mist. But there was one caveat.

“I actually don’t think this does a ton,” he admitted. “I think in my own personal head I really love the idea of setting the rest of my face. Like what I do with makeup, I literally use a setting spray to end my makeup. So when I am doing skincare, might as well use a skin mist to set that too right?”
