LONDON (Reuters) - Zegona Communications, Eamonn O'Hare's European telecoms investment vehicle, said on Monday it had raised 300 million euros ($321 million) from shareholders to help fund its 5 billion euro acquisition of Vodafone Spain.

Zegona said last month it would aim to raise between 300 million and 600 million euros in equity for the deal, which is mainly debt funded.
