The 20 best companies for work-life balance, according to their employees

Anonymous employee review website Glassdoor has released its rankings of the top companies for work-life balance in the UK.

For a company to qualify for the list, a minimum of 50 work-life balance ratings must have been submitted by UK-based employees between 18/07/16 and 17/07/17. Academic institutions such as Universities are excluded from the rankings.

A recent Glassdoor survey revealed that the average UK employee only uses around three-quarters of their annual leave entitlement with 44 per cent saying they do some sort of work when on holiday.

So which companies are doing the best job at offering their employees that perfect balance?
