This Lord of the Rings-inspired home has just gone on the market – with the blockbusting price tag of almost $15 million.

Set in about 30 acres of countryside in northern Utah, this rustic mountain home features a number of circular vistas and windows drawn straight from the tales of JRR Tolkien.

The property was built in 2014 and there a six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, plus everything from a home cinema room, a gym, outdoor pool and hot tub, and even a 50 foot climbing wall. Sotheby’s International Realty says there’s “truly nothing else like this in Utah”.
