You might associate Matthew Perry with the hit sitcom Friends (yes, Chandler Bing), but the actor has also made his mark in the real estate world. Matthew's latest move? He's selling his stunning penthouse at The Century in Los Angeles for $35 million (£29 million).
Matthew acquired a number of gorgeous homes throughout California over the past decade, and now he's parting ways with a unique penthouse that he purchased in 2017 for $20 million. At more than 9,000 square feet, the breathtaking space occupies the 40th floor of the luxurious Century high-rise, designed by the award-winning firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects. For the renovation, Matthew enlisted the help of architect Scott Joyce and lauded interior designer LM Pagano to create a residence that they believe is a true 'mansion in the sky'.
The penthouse is a lesson in modern living with four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a screening room. And as if that's not enough, it also includes four terraces and access to The Century's impressive list of amenities (think an oversized pool, a gym, private wine storage, and a movie theatre). According to Page Six, Matthew's property is currently the most expensive apartment on the market in Los Angeles at the moment.
While Matthew last appeared as Ted Kennedy in The Kennedys: After Camelot, a two-part mini series that aired in 2017, the actor will certainly be busy overseeing the sale of his pricey property.
