Royal Mail is to release a set of eight stamps to mark the release of the latest Star Wars movie, The Last Jedi, which arrives in UK cinemas this December.

The stamps, which feature images of new and classic droids and aliens that feature in the franchise, are illustrated by British artist Malcolm Tween who also designed a similar set for the Royal Mail in 2015.

The four ‘droid’ stamps include fluorescent ink which is visible only under UV light and font for the ‘1ST’ value of the stamps will replicate typeface used in the films.
