London’s property market is worth more than the next nine highest ranked British cities combined, new figures show.

Research by online property site Zoopla reveals the total value of homes in the capital at more than £1.5 trillion.

But it’s not the fastest rising city as house hunters seek places further afield to get more house for their money. Check out the top 10 cities with the highest property portfolios.
