As Kirsty and Phil are all to keen to tell us, property hunting is all about location, location.

And this stunning penthouse in downtown Manhattan certainly fits their criteria. Its grandeur and opulence, coupled with views of the Empire State Building, is reflected in the asking price – a monster $73.8 million (about £55m).
