The 2014 report from the Centre for Cities has been released, looking at the 64 largest towns and cities in the UK. We’ve taken their rankings across 17 different categories to work out where the best places in the UK this year are. Cities were evaluated on everything from life satisfaction, inequality, carbon dioxide per person, house price growth, education, jobs, patents, businesses, population growth and even broadband speed. Only category winners were considered.
