Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC is a closed-ended equity mutual fund launched and managed by Baillie Gifford & Co Ltd. The fund is co-managed by Baillie Gifford & Co. It invests in the public equity markets of the Asia Pacific region (excluding Japan) and of the Indian Sub-continent. The fund seeks to invest in stocks of companies across diversified sectors. It primarily invests in growth stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. The fund focuses on securities which can grow their earnings and cash flows faster than the average while creating its portfolio. It is actively managed. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the MSCI All Country Far East ex Japan Index (in sterling terms).
