It also provides wagering opportunities primarily on horse and greyhound racing in the United States, Hong Kong, France, South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia, as well as operates Cal Expo Harness Racetrack in Sacramento, California. In addition, the company operates Cal Expo Harness Racetrack in Sacramento, California. Webis Holdings plc was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Douglas, Isle of Man.
