Biesse S.p.A. designs, manufactures, sells, and markets integrated lines and machines for the processing of wood, glass, stone, plastics, composites and future materials in Western Europe, the Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, North America, and internationally. It operates in two segments, Machines and Systems, and Mechatronics. The Machines and Systems segment engages in the production, distribution, installation, and after-sales service of wood, glass, stone, and advanced materials processing machines, grinders, tools, components, and systems. The Mechatronics segment is involved in the production and distribution of industrial, mechanical, and electronic components. It serves the automotive, aerospace, marine, technical articles, wind energy, defense, transport, medical, construction, and signage sectors. The company was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Pesaro, Italy. Biesse S.p.A. is a subsidiary of Bi.Fin. S.r.l.
