In the first quarter of 2024, we saw an improved economy and a high level of leasing activity. We continue to deliver positive net lettings, a surplus ratio of 65 per cent and an occupancy rate of 92 per cent. The green transition, of which we have only seen the beginning, is a growth engine for us, for our cities and for the whole country. The raw materials industry that built Sweden's economy is doing so again through the green transition. A stronger Sweden and a brighter future.
In a world affected by inflation, new financial conditions, war, and uncertainty, we deliver our strongest operating surplus in Diös history. The operating surplus amounts to SEK 1,711m and the surplus ratio to 70 percent. Revenues increase on an annual basis by 13 percent, and the occupancy rate is at a record-high of 93 percent.
During the third quarter, Diös delivers a strong operating profit with a surplus ratio of 73 per cent and an occupancy rate of 92 per cent. The operating surplus increased by 16 per cent and income increased by 11 per cent compared with the same quarter in 2022. The property management income was SEK 221m, a decrease of 24 per cent compared with the same quarter in 2022. The company navigates and works actively in a changing world.
