The company was formerly known as Compagnie Métallurgique de la Campine SA and changed its name to Campine NV in 1992. Campine NV was founded in 1912 and is based in Beerse, Belgium. Campine NV operates as a subsidiary of F.W. Hempel Metallurgical Gmbh.
