Ensurge Micropower ASA (OSE: ENSU, OTCQB: ENMPY) today announced the signing of its first customer agreement with a global leader in the hearables market. Under the agreement, Ensurge will deliver customized solid-state microbatteries based on the Ensurge Microbattery Product Platform (MPP). This agreement, addressing the medical hearables market, follows the company's previous announcement of a customer agreement with a Fortune Global 500 company addressing the broader wearables market.
Products delivered under this agreement leverage the inherent customizability of the Ensurge MPP and are tailored to meet unique form factor requirements that cannot be addressed by legacy coin or button cell alternatives. Furthermore, because MPP-based products are designed to be attached to circuit boards with surface mount technology (SMT)-like processes, customers will be able to more reliably and efficiently integrate Ensurge microbatteries into their systems. The MPP-based products will also showcase the best-in-class volumetric energy density, cycling performance, and safety that are fundamental to the Ensurge Microbattery Product Platform.
"We are very excited to announce our initial customer agreement with a top-tier manufacturer in the hearables market," said CEO Kevin Barber. "We have now announced customer agreements in our two initial targeted markets, hearables and wearables, and we are encouraged by ongoing technical and commercial discussions with additional prospects in our target markets. As we approach planned sampling in the second half of 2021 and subsequent roll-based production, I am excited about our combination of technical and go-to-market progress."

    Lets goooo

Again, nice news: only a few employees (again the Hardware guys) swap their stock Option grants to strike prices at current stock Prices that indicates that Software area will be abandoned and Hardware guys see potential in thin film. In Addition, it could save liquidity if salaray is replaced by grants ( though in the Long run hopefully (in case of higher stock Prices) more expensive).

Opticom ASA (Polymer-Hybrid-Chip-Project with Intel): The highest share price was 2.555 nok (Oslo stock exchange. This company was a part of the internet-bubble-hype around the year 2000. For long term shareholders is was a pure fraud.

Thin film electronics ASA (printed smart labels): The company had more than 160 employees when they
opened their innovation center in San Jose (Kovio Inc. has been aquired before). Their cleanroom facilities
were state of the art. Some day the company declared that Apple Inc. wouldn´t support their proprietary protocol in the foreseeable future. This was the beginning of a pure nightmare: CEO Davor Sutija retreated (has been fired?) some day as CEO, he has been replaced by Kevin Barber. In the beginning Mr. Barber had to fire nearly the whole staff and to think over for a new strategy for the company. Mr. Barber seems to be a smart guy, so he concluded that printed batterys are the new Mantra for the company.

For more than 20 years not a single cash-generating product in the shelves. For long-term shareholders it was a pure fraud. Only the big boys cashed in (H. G. Gudesen, R. Keith, T. Fussell and John M. Lervik).
For my personal experiences with this company-construct I really don´t think that this company will ever have a cash-generating product.
    Hands off this company!!!
Mr. Barber: Trust must be gained!

Intraday volatility high due to high spread. small orders make price swing strongly in each direction. So, I do not Interpret the Price today as informative.

Kenneth, Are you the only guy on this board? We need more Americans like you to participate here. This company is no longer Norwegian, it is a Silicon Valley start up that should be valued like this.

As its Top2% shareholder, I applaud the great recent developments achieved by Thin Film.

According to recent short and borrowing data, I think I have detected big naked short positions that might be restablished every three or four days leading to temporary downside pressure if they are meant to be held more than a few days. In this case and and in the event of positive news from THIN, I expect a huge short squeeze.

ok. It seems to me that Woodford Investment Management Ltd. actually has the mandate to liquididate the Position of ist Clients who lost tens of millions of Dollar before. This makes the stock highly liquid and after sale driven Price pressure I think the Price will recover. Now, you have the Chance to invest alongside employees in a start-up style fim in slicon valley, but the difference is that they have invested more than 100 millions before. There should be some return on human capital and intellectual property as I outlined below.

Woodford seems to have sold because they have gone away from illiquid and Start up Investments due to massive redemptions by their own investors. So Woodford sale is no signal of bad quality of thin film.

I think the firm can be worth NOK 40 in the best case according to their business plan assumptions. It depends on the success of the business as well as the level of capital raise. It is very good news that shareholders prefer staging in funding rather than the entire amount at once. This creates more incentives for management to work hard and decrease dilution through capital raises because of presumably higher subscription prices.

MIDDELBORG INVEST AS has decreased its short sale position below the threshold. And Woodford sold all Shares so that their pressure on Thin share Price stopped.
