China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells logistics and energy equipment in China and internationally. The company operates through Containers Manufacturing; Road Transportation Vehicles; Energy, Chemical and Liquid Food Equipment; Offshore Engineering; Airport Facilities, Fire Safety and Automated Logistics Equipment; Logistics Services; Real Estate; Finance and Asset Management; and Recycled Load segments. It offers dry, reefer, tank, and special-purpose containers; semi-trailers; truck bodies for specialty vehicles; and energy, chemical, and liquid food equipment, as well as related technical and maintenance services. The company also designs and constructs semi-submersible drilling, jack-up drilling platforms. In addition, it provides boarding bridges and bridge-mounted equipment, airport ground support equipment, fire safety and rescue vehicles, automated logistics systems, intelligent parking equipment, and related services; and tractors bodies, include mixer trucks, and heavy and other trucks. Further, it involved in logistics, finance and asset management, modular building, and cold chain logistics equipment businesses. The company was formerly known as China International Marine Containers Co., Ltd. and changed its name to China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. in December 1995. The company was incorporated in 1980 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
